Help

When something goes wrong.

Straight answers to the six things most likely to actually happen. Early access means rough edges — when you hit one that is not here, the changelog shows what we are fixing, and the channel you joined early access through reaches us directly. A proper support address ships alongside the finalized policies.

I didn’t get my sign-in code

Codes usually arrive within a minute. Check spam and promotions first — the sender domain is atrobox.com.

The Resend button unlocks 60 seconds after each send. Sending again invalidates the earlier code, so always type the newest one.

For your privacy we deliberately do not reveal whether an email address has an account — the screen behaves identically either way. If you typed a different address than you think (a common one), the code went there.

My mission is stuck in Planning or Queued

Planning and Queued mean the work is waiting on our execution worker. Normally a plan appears within a minute or two.

If nothing moves: refresh the mission page first (the status polls only while the tab is visible). Still stuck after a few minutes — that usually means the worker is down. We monitor it and get alerted automatically, so it is typically already being fixed.

You are never trapped: Stop the mission from its detail page and nothing further is spent. Missions do not silently execute later without the states on the page changing first.

My mission is paused on “Awaiting approval”

That pause is the product working, not an error. It has three faces: a plan waiting for review before anything runs, a budget gate when projected spend crosses a limit, or a Constitution gate when an org rule requires a human decision.

Every pending approval for your org is collected at Missions → Approvals, and each one shows who it was routed to — the routing walks your org’s reporting chain to find the right human, so it may be waiting on a teammate, not on you.

Approving a plan lets execution start. Approving an outbound action sends exactly the text you read — never a paraphrase of it.

How do I stop a running mission?

Open the mission and use Stop. You will be asked for a short reason — it goes in the record, not to a review committee.

Stop is re-checked between steps while a mission runs, so a cancelled mission stops spending rather than quietly finishing in the background. Work already completed stays visible with its receipts; nothing new starts.

The final cost is different from the estimate

The number you approve is an estimate; the receipts are the truth. Every step records the model it ran, the tokens it used, and the real cost — open any completed step to see them, and the Usage page rolls the same receipts up per agent and per mission.

Estimates and actuals sit side by side on purpose. If a mission repeatedly lands far from its estimate, that gap is exactly the feedback we want — it is a defect to us, not a billing philosophy.

My teammate never got the invite email

When the invite email cannot be delivered, the invite dialog says so honestly and gives you the invite link to copy — send it over any channel you already share. The link is the invitation: whoever accepts it gets exactly the role you chose when creating it.

Invites are also listed on the Org page until accepted, so you can re-copy a link any time.

Nothing here about billing yet — on purpose. Atrobox is free during early access, and we will write the billing help when there is real billing to explain. Pricing will be published before launch.
